The application will be sent via E-Mail, or can be downloaded via Internet browser (via right-click), or downloaded via FTP, or  can be sent on a CD-ROM upon request.

This is the main form where transactions are entered.
Click on the button:   Transactions:   to create and MS-Excel export file:  My Documents\Tranactions.XLS 

Click on the Contacts button to add/view contacts:


Click on the Contacts drop-down button to specify a contact to the current transaction record:

Click on the Transaction Type button to specify a tranaction type:


Numerous queries and reports are available on the Queries tab:


The queries can be modified if necessary:

There is searchable online help.  User-defined notes can be added by clicking on the 4* button:

NOTE:  When downloading some files, Microsoft may block access to those files.
If that happens, you may be able to unblock it as follows:

(1)  If you get the following error:

(2)   Right-click on the downloaded file (e.g.  TransactionsMembersDatabase.mdb) and left-click once on Properties:

(3)   Left-click once on the button:  Unblock
